A few ideas on what you can do with High Sierra Bar-B-Q Sauce
Taco Sauce: Cook one pound hamburger- drain grease. Mix 8oz. of High Sierra Bar-B-Q Sauce (your choice of sauce). Let simmer 10 minutes. Serve hot.
High Sierra Burger: One pound hamburger placed in mixing bowl. Add 8oz. of High Sierra Bar-B-Q Sauce (your choice of sauce). Mix well. Makes about 8 patties depending on thickness
Shrimp Cocktail: Take one cup of shrimp. Add 2 tablespoons of High Sierra Bar-B-Q Sauce (your choice of sauce) mix and serve.
Bar-B-Q Chicken: Take two eggs, mix in bowl. Dip cut pieces of chicken and remove. Roll chicken in flour (no seasoning needed). Fry chicken in pan. Take out and let cool a few minutes. Brush on High Sierra Sierra Bar-B-Q Sauce. Place in oven broil for 15 min and you have something very special..
Fish or Fish sticks: Put High Sierra Bar-B-Q Sauce on salmon and watch it disappear from the plate..
Steak of any kind: Cook the steak first on one side. After turning start to baste with High Sierra Bar-B-Q Sauce. This will keep the sauce from burning. When Bar-B-Queuing    Always start cooking the meat first before adding sauce..

For Chili,   you will need already cooked beans from Bush beans, comes in a blue can with a picture of beans on the front called ( pinto and great northern mixed beans ) (1) crock pot, 2 or 3 cans of beans, drain all the water from can (3) place in crock pot with one bottle of High Sierra spicy BBQ sauce (4) cook 1 pound of lean hamburger adding 2 table spoons of High Sierra hot rub to the hamburger while cooking and stirring, you may want more or less hot rub depending on hot taste, can always add more when done. (5) chop up 1/2 white or red onion add to crook pot (6) chop up 1/2 bell pepper (optional) Add two cups diced tomatoes (optional) (7) let cook for 45 to 60 minutes
